Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management OverviewThe Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge products and services that help our customers. Focused on thinking big and scaling quickly around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Test & Learn
As a member of the Test & Learn Product Management team, you will build industry-leading experimentation software which brings sophisticated analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world. Test & Learn development today spans front-end, analytic, and technical investments; we are rapidly building new products, improving existing products, and expanding the ways we deliver Test & Learn to our clients. We are looking for innovators who can execute and evolve our product strategy, tackling the big challenges of the future.
Position Responsibilities
• Lead product thinking on data ingestion, transfer, and transformation. Guide development of cloud-based data transfer and data management solutions that will serve as the foundational capability layer for the next generation of analytics products
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional product teams to bring ideas to life. Identify problems, define use cases, design solutions/requirements, develop/test/deploy new features, and measure success to inform future decisions.
All About You
• Ability to work closely with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, other PMs, and clients/users.
• Interest in leading product for internal services and infrastructure (prior experience preferred).
• Enthusiastic, effective team member and mentor.
• Broad strategic thinking skills to understand market/user needs and prioritize thoughtfully
• Creative problem solver. Adept in translating product vision into an executable product roadmap
