Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management - Dynamic Yield OverviewThe Manager, Product Management - Dynamic Yield is a key role within the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team in AP. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Dynamic Yield (DY) product strategy by consistently delivering, innovating, problem solving, and partnering across business lines, while growing product revenue and creating competitive differentiation for Mastercard.
The candidate will have responsibility for market product management, sales coordination and achievement of revenue targets, helping ensure the maximization of value for Mastercard and our customers.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in delivering personalization and digital marketing initiatives, especially those leveraging marketing technology. Is also passionate about data-driven, customer-focused solutions to customers, highly motivated, intellectually curious, solutions-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate is well known for being highly collaborative, managing complex and delivering concurrent projects to flawless completion, and passionate about building successful teams.
The position will report to the VP, CA&E Platform Products, Asia Pacific and work closely with the Global Mastercard DY team
Roles and Responsibilities
• Support the development & execution of long-term product strategy and the go-to-market plans for Personalization solutions via Dynamic Yield capabilities to capture market opportunities in APAC
• Responsible for working with Mastercard SBLs and specialist teams to establish integrated plans across prioritized markets and segments.
• Monitoring product's revenue, profitability and other key performance indicators and accountable for ensuring that established revenue targets are met.
• Work with CA&E commercialization team, Services BDs, SBLs, to coordinate market facing bundles while managing and monitoring progress of opportunity pipelines. Work with customer success teams to ensure customers are realizing value of services.
• Ensure DY product can be delivered (i.e. compliant with Mastercard's Studio framework from concept through launch
• Assess expansion plans in the context of relevance to market needs
• Build market intelligence, by developing and maintaining ongoing assessment of competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and future product roadmap.
• Capture customer feedback on product and emerging needs and communicates feedback global product teams.
All About You
• Demonstrated consistent success working in matrixed and distributed (global/regional/market) organizations across functions in support of product go-to market strategies.
• Analytical, problem solver with solid understanding of competitive offering, industry trends and the acceptance value chain and its constituents.
• Eight plus years of experience in integrated/digital marketing background with focus on martech or personalization, candidate with strong product management and/or solution engineering background working with integrated marketing digital marketing companies will be preferred
• Be trained in product management methodologies and will be experienced in communicating with product managers, technical architects, business analysts and engineers to deliver new solutions.
• Strong communications and presentation skills, including the ability to work with people across a matrix organization at all levels.
• Create trust and value while building enduring relationships. Identify and secure executive sponsorship to solidify business relationships and opportunities
• Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently and through ambiguity, results driven, deadline- focused, practical, yet creative and innovative, with high energy/passion/output, a positive attitude and team player
