Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management Technical Enablement Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Product Management Technical Enablement to design, build, and operationalize the technical foundations of Mastercard's Studio operating model. This role owns the translation of product and governance intent into implemented system behavior, with Microsoft PowerApps and Dataverse as the primary execution platforms.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations, this role is accountable for system design, workflow logic, data modeling, and technical implementation that enable consistent, scalable, and testable product development across the organization.
This is a hands-on, high-judgment role requiring strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to synthesize complex requirements into decision-ready, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
System Design & Technical Enablement
• Own the end-to-end design and implementation of Studio workflows across the Product Catalog, Product Enhancements, approval workflows, lifecycle governance, and readiness controls.
• Design and build enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft PowerApps and Dataverse, including:
o Data models and entity relationships
o Validation and state-transition logic
o Approval workflows and conditional routing
o Automated processes and integrations
• Define and enforce clear system states, lifecycle transitions, and approval rules to ensure solutions are testable, auditable, and scalable.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for how requirements are expressed as implemented system behavior.

Requirements & Behavioral Definition
• Lead the authoring and shaping of high-quality requirements, including:
o User stories anchored to the initiating actor
o User flows that capture user intent only
o Acceptance criteria that define system state changes and are executable in UAT
• Ensure requirements are clear, locked, and decision-ready before being handed to engineering or release execution.
• Identify and explicitly surface open decisions, tradeoffs, and governance implications before build.
• Act as the final quality gate on requirements clarity and correctness prior to development.

Cross-Functional Architecture & Alignment
• Translate governance, regulatory, and operating-model intent into durable system designs.
• Partner closely with Engineering to ensure feasibility, alignment, and clean handoffs — without delegating design responsibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercialization, and Regional teams to ensure workflows reflect real operating needs while preserving global consistency.
• Drive architectural alignment across Studio tools, Dataverse structures, approval systems, and downstream integrations.
