The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders in Technology, Regional teams, Engineering, and International Marketing Capabilities to deliver on executive level product artifact creation/maintenance, STUDIO (Product Lifecycle) governance, and measuring/reporting key program KPIs. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, highly motivated, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and possesses an agile mindset.
Responsibilities
• Product Lifecycle Governance: enforce product lifecycle (STUDIO) governance frameworks to ensure product development, launch, and retirement processes are structured, transparent, and aligned with business objectives.
• Executive Communications & Presentations: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring clear and effective communication of product strategy, progress, and key insights.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to drive alignment, resolve operational challenges, and improve efficiency in product development and delivery.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to enhance product operations, ensuring streamlined workflows and decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between product teams and senior executives, ensuring visibility into key initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Change Management: Adapt and respond to shifting priorities, business needs, and market dynamics while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals
Skills/ Abilities / Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related fields within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to completion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing product governance frameworks and operational workflows.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Background in FinTech, Payments, or Technology sectors preferred.
