Title and Summary
Manager, Product Operations OverviewThe Business & Market Insights team is seeking a Manager to drive operational excellence and governance across our product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling product teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and accountability. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and adept at managing cross-functional initiatives that support strategic product outcomes.
Role
In this role, you will:
• Own and manage the centralized product roadmap and catalog, ensuring data hygiene and alignment across teams.
• Lead the coordination and delivery of key corporate commitments, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), town halls, and executive communications.
• Govern and optimize product council and studio processes, ensuring adherence to frameworks and decision-making protocols.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain dashboards that track product health, availability, and performance.
• Maintain consistent and accessible product documentation to support transparency and institutional knowledge.
• Support internal communications and engagement strategies that promote alignment and visibility across product teams.
• Champion operational best practices and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

• Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for process improvement and governance.
•Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Be comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Have experience with product operations, program management, or business administration in a technology-driven organization.
• Be proficient in using data and dashboards to inform decisions and track progress.
