Manager, Sales Engineering-Dynamic Yield Mastercard Services is the professional services arm of Mastercard Worldwide, provides payments-focused consulting, marketing, information and risk management services to financial institutions and merchants worldwide. Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver captivating technical presentations and product demonstrations that clearly illustrate the value of our platform.Write engaging HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to power vibrant sales demos and related activities.
Utilize REST APIs to showcase platform capabilities using POSTMAN.
Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from software engineers to executive decision-makers.
Train and empower our sales team with in-depth knowledge of our products, technology, and competitive landscape.
Take ownership of complex RFPs and security questionnaires, providing clear and comprehensive answers.
Collaborate with Sales Directors, leveraging your product and technical knowledge to pitch our solutions to large commerce companies.
Stay ahead of the curve by constantly learning about competitive solutions, products, and services.
Develop innovative coding projects that support sales cycles and Proofs-of-Concept as needed.
Work cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, product, and engineering to drive success.
What You Bring to the Table:
4-6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, particularly in digital marketing and/or eCommerce solutions, within a SaaS environment.
A proven track record of selling to enterprise customers.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with web technologies such as jQuery, Node.js, REST APIs, CMS platforms, and more.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – you'll be writing and presenting a lot!
The ability to simplify complex topics and relate technical details to business value.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify the best solutions based on prospect requirements.
Comfort with cloud-based workflow tools like Salesforce, Google Apps, and Slack.
A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 30%. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
