The Opportunity: Drive Customer Success
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mastercard Move team. You'll be a strategic partner to our key clients in Peru, Chile, and Bolivia, ensuring they maximize the value of their Mastercard Move solutions. Your role will be fundamental in building lasting relationships, understanding their objectives, and aligning our innovative solutions to accelerate their growth and enhance their payment strategies.
This position is key to being a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities and championing client needs internally to ensure a smooth and valuable collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Value: Collaborate with clients in the South Division to understand their objectives and payment strategies. Develop success plans that maximize their adoption and the value of Mastercard Move solutions.
-Proactive Engagement: Monitor client health and solution utilization. Identify risks, address challenges, and introduce new capabilities.
-Growth: Drive the expansion of Mastercard Move solutions within existing portfolios, identifying new uses and demonstrating benefits.
-Performance Optimization: Analyze KPIs, maintain dashboards, and provide insights to optimize performance and strategic decisions.
-Internal Collaboration: Act as the primary advocate for clients within Mastercard, coordinating resources and collaborating with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Advisors) for an exceptional experience.
-Financial Acumen & Commercial Discussions: Participate in high-level commercial discussions, optimizing solutions for mutual benefit and long-term partnership.
-Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with global payment trends and the Mastercard Move ecosystem to offer clients an updated view.
About You:

-Financial Services/Payments Experience: Proven client-facing experience in financial services or consumer goods; preferably in card payments or digital payment solutions.
-Regional Experience: Prior knowledge of the business environments in Peru, Chile, and/or Bolivia is a plus.
