Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Product / Portfolio Specialist)
Own a visible P&L mandate across GCC/EEMEA—design the roadmap, ship lifecycle programs, and instrument analytics to prove value. This is a hybrid strategy + execution role: one week shaping pricing or rewards, the next shipping an activation sprint, orchestrating merchant offers, or landing a scheme/regulatory change with clean controls.

· Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap: Co‑create pricing, features, benefits, segmentation; convert into quarterly OKRs and an execution calendar with clear KPIs.
· Lifecycle Programs: Design and run activation, usage, balance build, cross‑sell, retention across CRM, digital, branch/tele, and merchant channels—owning test plans, targeting, and in‑life optimization.
· Installments & Balance Solutions: Stand up issuer/merchant installments (and BNPL adjacencies); optimize take‑up and margins through offer design, pricing, and operational readiness.
· Rewards & CVP Refresh: Modernize benefits and redemption journeys to lift perceived value and repeat usage, backed by A/B tests and voice‑of‑customer.
· Pricing & Income Lines: Recommend APR/fee changes, interchange‑aligned constructs, and merchant/GTM partnerships to grow portfolio profitability without compromising policy or experience.
· Analytics Partnership: Build propensity/churn models, design experiments, and publish dashboard views for activation, tokenization, spend, attrition, ENR; act on insights rapidly.

· Lifecycle Mastery: Hands‑on design and execution of activation, usage, balance build, retention; fluency in tokenization, wallets, Click to Pay adoption drivers.
· Controls & Compliance: Deliver changes within scheme/regulatory guardrails; strong ops readiness and documentation traceability.
· Analytics Fluency: Data storytelling, experimentation, and decisioning; comfort with Excel/BI and briefing analysts.
· Stakeholder Leadership: Track record of aligning cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver on time and on budget, with weekly performance rhythms.
· You can point to 3+ portfolio programs you designed and shipped, each with quantified outcomes (activation, tokenization, ENR, spend, retention, fee income).
· You've owned the end‑to‑end—from hypothesis and offer design to controls, launch, and post‑launch optimization.

All About Your Education & Skills
· Bachelor's degree; advanced degree/MBA preferred.
· Fluent English and Urdu. Arabic desirable for GCC engagements.
· Advanced PowerPoint/Excel/Word; familiarity with CRM/campaign tools and BI platforms; project management tools preferred.
· Certifications (nice‑to‑have): PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent; scheme/platform exposure is a plus.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and stakeholder communication; strong organization and multitasking; analytical problem‑solving.
· Willingness to travel across EEMEA as needed up to 80%.
