Title and Summary

People Specialist Overview
• The TECH People & Capabilities team's purpose is to drive success with our business partners through innovative people practices
• The team enables the people strategy execution for employees and leaders across TECH
• This role will provide program/project management support for assigned divisional portfolios
• Supports day-to-day aspects of one or more initiatives and projects in workforce planning, rewards, and employee engagement
• Builds and nurtures cross-functional relationships with employees, People Business Partners, and leaders across the business

Role
• Supports day-to-day aspects of one or more initiatives and projects in workforce planning, rewards, and employee engagement as it relates to assigned divisional portfolios
• Ensures timely coordination and execution of day-to-day activities by working with key stakeholders across the business
• Creates reports to support programs including measuring the costs and performance of programs
• Builds and nurtures cross-functional relationships with employees, People Business Partners, and leaders across the business
• Develops analytics to report on progress against People & Capability metrics

All About You
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and teams
• Experience creating and supporting delivery of presentations to a large and diverse audience.
• Demonstrated success building relationships and working with partners across businesses.
• Customer Insight & Service Orientation: Takes active steps to understand the customer business and needs and draws attention of senior colleagues for improving service levels
• Business Engagement & Partnership: Demonstrates strong skills in interacting with business stakeholders and eliciting their feedback in order to develop meaningful relationships across all levels of employees
• Project Management: Ability to develop project plans for streamlined execution. Prioritizes various work streams and customer needs. Demonstrates skill in assessing risk within the context of project.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of proficiency using Workday

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
