• Define and drive the product roadmap and strategic vision, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Serve as the entry point for all new requests, including features, functionality enhancements, and technical requirements—triaging, prioritizing, and assigning to the appropriate teams.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Gather and refine detailed product requirements from internal stakeholders, translating them into user stories and technical documentation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the voice of the product, ensuring transparency, progress tracking, and alignment.
• Collaborate with executive leadership (SVP, VPs, Director) to identify key opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve internal processes based on data-driven insights and team feedback.
• Ensure end-to-end product lifecycle ownership—from intake and design to deployment and internal adoption.

All About You:

• Global payment industry experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in writing clear and actionable user stories and product documentation for technical teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
