Overview:
Learning Engines is a product team within the Consulting and Innovation Engines team that develop and deliver learning products for Mastercard's customers. The product suite includes Learning Lab, Digital Safari TV and other learning/training programs. Learning Lab is the global go-to resource for professionals looking to learn, upskill and innovate. The solution brings together world-leading thinkers and Mastercard's global experience and expertise in payments and technology. The Digital Safari TV is an immersive global technology tour consisting of leading-edge digital applications and examples of disruptive thinking best practices.
The Learning Engines team is responsible to

1) Define Go to market, product strategy and value proposition
2) manage cross-program strategic efforts,
3) financial & resource management.

Role: Product Specialist - Learning Engines
The primary responsibilities of the Product Specialist are to:

-Product and GTM support within the Learning Engines team
-Management of the sales pipeline and bundled packages for key accounts globally
-Project management support on new product initiatives.
-Product platform support –work closely with product teams to drive development of new capabilities and UX enhancements in anticipation of or response to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities. Also to include content management/upload to the platforms.
- Platform user management – manage the creation of new users on the platform and work closely with regional teams to ensure users are kept up to date.
- Platform engagement and communications – work closely with the product teams to drive customer feedback programs. Act as point of contact within Learning Engines between agencies and creative teams to project manage product communication.
- Be a passionate advocate of our product visions and act as the voice of the customer throughout the development cycle

About You
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in cross-functional environment.
• Have relevant prior experience (1-2 years) e.g. project management, communications, event management, financial services, payments, administration.
• Highly organised agile thinker who can prioritise effectively, able to balance short-term needs with longer-term vision
• Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communications skills, attention to details and confidence to take 'command and control' of project delivery from initiation to production
• Strong appetite to learn with a high degree of self-motivation.
• Have a keen interest in innovation & technology.
• Naturally curious and comfortable with change
