Title and Summary

Product Manager, Product & Growth (Individual Contributor) Overview:
Are you passionate about building great products and ensuring they thrive in the hands of users? As a Product Manager, Product & Growth on the Biz360 team, you'll play a unique hybrid role—owning product strategy and delivery while leading efforts to drive acquisition, adoption, engagement, and retention.

You'll work across engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and sales to create solutions that help small businesses operate more efficiently and grow. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in end-to-end product ownership and loves using data to unlock growth.

What You'll Do:
• Define and execute product strategy alongside the Director of Product Management, helping shape the future of Biz360
• Lead feature development from idea through delivery—writing requirements, managing sprints, and driving execution with development pods
• Analyze usage data and customer behavior to identify opportunities to optimize onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and sales to fine-tune the acquisition funnel and improve conversion and activation
• Experiment with lifecycle campaigns, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and in-product messaging to deepen user engagement
• Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and launch strategies
• Be a champion for the user experience—ensuring features are valuable, usable, and drive measurable outcomes

What We're Looking For:
• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or growth-focused platforms
• Experience in B2B, B2B2B, or B2B2C models, with strong familiarity across the acquisition-to-retention lifecycle
• A data-driven mindset—comfortable with metrics, funnels, and experimentation
• Exposure to lifecycle marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools
• Ability to balance product delivery with growth strategy—thinking both technically and commercially
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with engineering, design, and marketing

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
