• Lead product discovery and delivery efforts to bring a new platform to market that supports automation, optimization, and scale for marketing measurement.
• Ensure requirements are well-understood and properly documented, and that delivered solutions meet customer needs through validation, metrics, and feedback loops.
• Advocate for high-quality, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate across Mastercard's portfolio to align experiences and technical consistency.
• Dive deep into customer contexts, technical architecture, and system operations to make informed decisions.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure that engineering teams are equipped with clear, prioritized, and well-elaborated backlogs.

All About You:
• Proven experience in product management with a strong technical foundation; experience specifically as a Product Manager Technical is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand code (e.g., Java, C++, etc.) and test cases.

• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with engineers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
• Comfortable operating in agile environments using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about customer-centric design and delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferred Computer Science, Software engineer, or related (or equivalent practical experience).
