Title and Summary
Program Manager – Mandatory Training OverviewThe Learning & Development team is looking for a Program Manager – Mandatory Training to drive our mandatory training strategy forward by ensuring seamless program execution, strong stakeholder collaboration, and process optimization at scale. Success in this role requires exceptional project management skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to navigate complex global business needs.
This role is responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of mandatory training programs, partnering with internal teams, external vendors, and technical experts to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can streamline processes, improve the learner experience, and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Role
In this position, you will:
-Lead the end-to-end project management of compliance training programs, ensuring seamless execution from design to deployment across multiple regions.
-Act as a strategic consultant to the business, ensuring training programs align with regulatory requirements, business needs, and L&D strategy.
-Manage multiple training programs simultaneously, working across functions to balance priorities, timelines, and resource constraints.
-Oversee global training rollouts, ensuring an optimized processes that is efficient and improves the learner experience.
-Coordinate with LMS administrators, content creators, and external vendors to ensure technical readiness, including audience segmentation, communication plans, testing, and troubleshooting.
-Use data-driven insights to monitor training completion rates, learner engagement, and compliance requirements, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for this position should:
-Excel at project and program management, with the ability to manage a high volume of training releases per year.
-Have experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to partner with compliance, legal, HR, and business leaders to align training programs with business priorities.
-Be a consultative problem solver, proactively identifying challenges and proposing scalable solutions.
-Have strong technical acumen, with experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools to ensure effective course deployment and tracking.
-Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
-Be data-driven, using analytics to measure training effectiveness, identify trends, and drive decision-making.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
-Experience in a highly regulated industry and knowledge of compliance training best practices.
-Expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency, with a track record of optimizing training workflows.
-Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
Salary range:
