We are looking for a seasoned product manager within the Operational Insights (OI) Program Regional Product Management team to play a key role in the commercialization/go-to-market execution for its products, specifically for Operational Reports in Europe.
The team's goal is to ensure the long-term competitiveness of our payment network, for existing and new payments use cases; and to grow revenue by delivering more value to our customers.
This person will be part of a team of product managers and drive key activities including development and execution of the go-to-market strategy, defining the product value proposition, create sales and delivery materials and play a key role in sales and delivery enablement finding ways to optimize the revenue.
This person will partner closely with other members of the Regional and Global Product Management technical team as well as Sales and Business Development teams, to ensure product strategy, roadmap and vision is aligned with the go-to-market strategy and product business priorities.

• Translate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value
• Balance the long-term direction of a product with today's needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of our products
• Act as connectors to ensure the commercial success of our products by working with Sales and Marketing while ensuring technical success through close partnership with Technology teams
• Understand regional needs and market nuances, and support clients in day-to-day queries to serve customer needs

Role
• Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for OI program products, based on deep understanding of operations trends in card networks and payment processing/reconciliation
• Identify white space opportunities for Operational Reports and play a key role in developing new go-to-market strategies focused on existing and new segments, networks
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals and coordinate across cross-functional teams for product sales and usage
• Engage with customers to capture the client feedback (VOC, NPS) and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement
• Manage and track the product P&L and support the forecasting/budgeting discussions for the products
• Find revenue optimization opportunities by cross selling and upselling collaborating with different verticals, support the customer life cycle strategy that enable retention of the customer base increasing the lifetime value

All About You
• Strong card network and/or card processing experience; strong understanding of card operations, reconciliation, and supporting data analytics
• Experience of developing and driving go-to-market initiatives – particularly in a cross-functional environment, highly organized and able to manage and prioritize competing initiatives as well as tactics to optimize revenues
• Experienced in customer-facing roles - driving critical business discussions, deepening engagement, and demonstrating empathy to understand customer pain points
• Experienced in driving end to end execution of initiatives – particularly in a cross-functional environment, managing and prioritizing competing initiatives
• Strong communication & influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areas
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and navigate in a global business environment, with colleagues that are located around the globe
