Overview

The Center for Inclusive Growth is the social impact hub at Mastercard. The organization seeks to ensure that the benefits of an expanding economy accrue to all segments of society. Through actionable research, impact data science, programmatic grants, stakeholder engagement and global partnerships, the Center advances equitable and sustainable economic growth and financial inclusion around the world. The Center's work is at the heart of Mastercard's objective to be a force for good in the world.

The Senior Analyst, Social Impact, will be responsible for supporting the Director of Global Programs, including in project management, reporting and communications, and programmatic activities. The job requires an ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, both at the Center for Inclusive Growth and within the business, across markets. Work includes supporting grantees, program development and management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) for the International Markets (IMK) team, and engaging in ad hoc projects.

Role:
• Provide project management support
• Establish relationships across the organization to facilitate collaboration and information sharing
• Support grantees and grants management as needed
• Support measurement, evaluation and learning (MEL)
• Manage ad hoc initiatives in support of the Global Programs team
• Support development of new grants
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Help with writing and formatting papers, powerpoints and other stakeholder collateral that will be used internally and externally

All About You
• Demonstrated project management execution skills with strong ability to manage deliverables and deadlines;
• Proven skills in relationship management and managing multiple stakeholders with professionalism and maturity
• Experience responding to routine and complex inquiries in a complex and timely manner
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and respond to urgent, unanticipated requests
• Superior written and oral communication skills in English
• Great attitude, thirst for learning and intellectual curiosity, passion and purpose
• Interest in entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, digitalization, and gender programming
• Understanding the relationship between business and community needs, key influencers, policy makers, nonprofit leaders
• Curiosity in how we aim to create an inclusive and sustainable economy through our social impact effort
