Senior Analyst, Product Marketing OverviewMastercard has quickly become a leading technology company offering services that powers the world of payments and beyond. As a part of Mastercard's US Marketing organization, the Product and B2B marketing team creates market differentiation and consideration for Mastercard's products and services which are used by the world's largest banks, merchants and tech companies. Working closely with Product, Account Management, and Sales teams, we develop compelling strategies, content and platforms that drive awareness and demand for solutions across digital payments, business payments, healthcare solutions, fraud services, and more.
The Commercial and New Payments Flows team has aggressive plans to scale existing business and continue launching new products at a pace of 3-4+ new products and use cases every year. This line of business delivers B2B Solutions for our customers, including Large Market, Middle Market, Small Business, Corporate Solutions, and Transfer Solutions. Repositioning Mastercard “Beyond the Card” is one of our critical strategic pillars for the organization and for our 2021 marketing strategy. This entails highlighting our products and services beyond our core card products.
The B2B Marketing team supports our Account Management teams by bringing to life priceless campaigns and events to engage customers and cardholders. Priceless is our B2B2C program delivering experiences and benefits to our customers' cardholders.
The US Marketing Analyst, B2B is responsible for primarily supporting the Commercial New Payment Flows and the B2B Marketing lines of business. In addition, greater focus may include experiential marketing, thought leadership development, executing on go-to-markets, between others.
Our team is transitioning to elevate our B2B and Product Marketing capabilities to help create compelling and engaging marketing strategies and tactics to support our Product teams. You will have the opportunity to help craft an end-to-end B2B marketing strategy, find new solutions that meet specific business challenges, and execute campaigns targeting to new prospects and existing customers.

Role
• Support management in the execution in launching B2B campaigns by developing content, creative, managing production, tracking and ongoing campaign management
• Assist in launching new products/use cases by driving awareness, lead generation, thought leadership and sales enablement to support the following products:
• Partner with the broader Product Marketing, Events, B2B Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the creative and/or experiential agencies to deliver on our campaigns
• Support with line of business narrative refreshes and messaging
• Support development of new cards propositions
• Budget management and Reporting
Day to day Responsibilities
• Help manage B2B marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation
• Partner with the B2B Digital team to develop and execute CRM strategies that are engaging and scalable
• Design and execute paid and owned tactics leveraging channels such as LinkedIn, search, trade publications, webcasts and newsletters
• Help to create and manage scalable reseller program
• Partner with internal Media and Analytics team to deliver reporting and develop recommendations for optimization
• Responsible for project management of key deliverables by interfacing with internal stakeholders and agency partners
• Work closely with other parts of marketing around the company, including trade shows and communications, to plan and execute integrated projects
• Help manage agency resources and consultants to help deliver on various projects from creative development to media
• Manage agency SOW process and budget reporting with Finance
