Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:
Role holder is expected to work with Europe Benefits Design lead to design and deliver Best in class benefits offering and Statutory compliance across the Europe Region.
Support in designing employee benefit and wellbeing programs across the Europe region
Stay informed on regulatory/compliance changes across the Europe region and provide recommendations on required benefit changes to ensure compliance
Supports with EU Pay Transparency benefit reporting requirements
Stay informed on best practices and market trends and make recommendations based on market intelligence
Review/share information with stakeholders basis statutory requirements and market information as required
Guide stakeholders on existing local ad hoc benefit plans/perks/allowances
Design benefit & wellbeing communications and presentations
Partner closely with Total Rewards Partners (TRPs) and Delivery team to ensure smooth implementation of assigned benefits projects
Support in selection and performance of benefit vendors and partners
Collaborate on projects with TRPs, delivery team as needed
Support in accomplishing Benefits Design roadmap
Develop reports and conduct analyses to track the cost and performance of current and proposed benefit programs
Support the creation of benefit templates to ensure smooth hand off to Benefits Delivery team once the benefit design is completed
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
Prior experience in benefits programs for Europe markets is a plus (not mandatory but preferred)
Ability to read/interpret legal documents and regulatory requirements
Experience analyzing internal and external market benefit programs and competitive practices
Experience in supporting day-to-day benefit programs/processes and tracking progress/performance
Consistently delivered accurate, high quality and well-organized reports on benefits metrics and data
Demonstrated knowledge of market and internal best-practices
Experience working in a global organization
Strong analytical skills
Advanced knowledge in Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
