Overview
Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in GBSC, is looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to partner with Mastercard business stakeholders across strategic initiatives impacting enterprise Revenue systems.
Role:
In this role, you will:
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across Mastercard.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Document business processes, workflows, and data flows related to revenue systems initiatives.
• Facilitate strategy meetings and workshops to align upstream and downstream process changes required for revenue systems initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of system changes.
• Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, user-guides and knowledge articles for end users.
All About You:
The ideal candidate for the position should:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate continual experience in business analysis, preferably in billing, payments, or financial systems through their career.
• Have intermediate to advanced proficiency in requirements lifecycle management methodologies.
• Possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Possess working knowledge of billing software (preferably MCBS), enterprise tools Salesforce, Remedy, ALM and data analysis tools (Excel, Power Suite, Alteryx)
• Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred skills:
• Experience in payments industry, fintech, or shared service organizations
• Knowledge of automation, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead workshops, governance councils, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
