Title and Summary
Senior Salesforce Administrator Overview:Mastercard's Marketing Technology Solutions team is looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Sales Cloud to support and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is key in enabling advanced marketing capabilities across multiple channels to support Mastercard's B2B marketing initiatives.
As part of a small, collaborative team, you will work on innovative software solutions that directly support the company's global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing Salesforce system configurations, optimizing workflows, and implementing CRM platform migrations to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales operation.
Role:
• Maintain, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot to support Mastercard's marketing ecosystem.
• Manage integrations between Pardot, Sales Cloud, and other marketing platforms, systems and tools.
• Develop and implement custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation processes.
• Design and execute personalized customer journeys and automated campaigns using Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
• Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Work closely with sales and marketing operations to analyze and define requirements, and to develop migration plans and implementation strategies.
• Provide training and support for marketing and sales teams on best practices and system usage.
• Ensure data accuracy and develop strategies for data cleanup and deduplication.
• Assist in analyzing sales and marketing performance data to drive strategic decision-making.
All About You:
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and automation
Proficient in Salesforce platform features such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
• Experience with integration patterns, including Salesforce-to-Salesforce, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and RESTful API integrations.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio in Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation best practices.
• Ability to create and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Additional Skills:
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification or advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
• Background in B2B and B2C marketing operations is a plus.
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their integration with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance considerations in Salesforce development.
