Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, HR Services (GBSC) Overview:• The team supports Mastercard's global HR operations and technology function. This includes providing technology services and solutions worldwide, and providing the HR service center function supporting the worldwide employee population with regarding HR policies, processes, programs and systems. This position is the focal point for day-to-day employee questions and needs relative to employee inquiries. This position helps administer HR lifecycle inquiries and transaction services.
Role:
• Administer the new hire process by reviewing and processing new hire transactions for Mastercard's global population.
• Communicate new policies/processes to employees; resolve inquiries in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide ‘priceless employee experiences'
• Ensure audit compliance through transaction processing and approval flows.
• Manage confidential data in a professional manner and according to HIPPA rules and Mastercard confidentiality requirements.
