Overview

• The MPMS Program Management team maintains and grows Prepaid sales and distribution relationships within Australia and New Zealand
• We are a dynamic Program Management team that prides itself on building relationships with our customers through service excellence, sales growth strategies and implementation of strategic initiatives
• This role is responsible for supporting the tactical and strategic Prepaid relationship for a major Government organisation.

Role

Provide relationship management and account direction for a major Government organisation:
• Serve as the part of the relationship team with responsibility for sales and revenue achievement and growth
• Account relationship governance and responsibility
• Provide head office relationship contact and escalation support
• Support sales target achievement and management
• Some management of contractual responsibilities within the account
• Liaise and coordinate internal departments to deliver requirements and project delivery
• Serve as the day to day relationship contact to field questions / escalations / issue management

Develop strategies to grow sales and revenue a major Government organisation - from consumer campaigns to retail network engagement
• Tracking weekly and monthly performance to budget and Year or Year performance
• Identify Recovery strategies for under performance
• Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services.
• Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients' individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems
• Support the strategies to grow sales

Roll out and execute strategies in collaboration with our customer and internal stakeholders (marketing, advisors, product, legal, compliance)
• Customer staff training and engagement strategies
• Work with internal marketing team to deliver tactical marketing calendar
• Ensure all internal stakeholders are engaged with change management and product / project workflows

Identify opportunities to grow distribution of the prepaid products through engagement of retail network and stores
• Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts
• Support and deliver existing opportunities within the account
• Drive client retention, upsells and client satisfaction

Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams.
• Work closely with Analytics team to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
• Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
• Support technical teams to deliver enhancements and issue management

All About You

• 4+ year's experience in admin, sales and/or Account Management
• Minimum 3 years in an ecommerce/digital environment within a marketing environment
• Previous experience in project management participation with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated previous experience in a high pressured environment where problem solving has been critical
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
• Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
• A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
• Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
• Passionate about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Organised with attention to detail
