Job Title
Senior Specialist, Product Management, Fraud and Decisioning Products
Overview:
The Fraud and Decisioning Products team is responsible for mitigating fraud while optimizing revenue and client experience for our clients and cardholders by leveraging the latest in fraud management products and technologies for the prevention and detection of fraudulent activity.
Additionally, the team's goal is to ensure the integrity of the payment system for fraud management and mitigation products addressing the entire account lifespan.

This role will support the strategy development and execution needs of the team,
•Collaborate across multiple cross functional teams including business, sales, regional and technical staff
•Support the execution of the go to market for existing products
•Participate in projects for product enhancements and new product development.
•Work with cross-functional regional, business and support teams to drive customer adoption
•Serve as contact for subject matter expertise with all cross-functional stakeholders.
•Generate routine and ad hoc product reports for product management
•Identify customer usage trends and revenue opportunities.


All About You:
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, information systems or a related field.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all layers of an organization.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task across multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
•Technologically savvy with the ability to understand and translate complex technical details into simple business concepts.
•Ability to build strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders across various geographical and cross-functional disciplines (development, finance, legal, etc.).
•Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; proficiency in database management principles is a plus.
•Experience gathering and analyzing secondary market research is a plus.
•Familiarity with sales management and reporting tools is a plus.
•Basic understanding of the payments industry and the role security plays in payments is a plus.
•Basic understanding of product development and management principles and concepts is a plus.
