Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management - Business Intelligence, Innovate (Sandbox as a Service) Overview• Mastercard is looking for brilliant and passionate Senior Specialist within the Product Management team of Business Intelligence products
• Reporting to lead of Business Intelligence Innovate products -- and focused specifically on the Sandbox as a Service product
• In this role, you will be a key member of a highly agile team, working to build and deploy new platforms in market.

Role
The role will lead initiatives to support the growth and scalability of the Business Intelligence Innovate product - Sandbox as a Service globally.
• Identification and prioritization of global fintechs to be onboarded into the Sandbox environment
• Relationship management and coordination with global fintechs to get their solutions onboarded within the Sandbox environment
• Execution of services including fintech onboarding, integrations and maintenance within the Sandbox environment
• Engagement with technical vendor for the Sandbox to identify issues with the platform and coordinating key updates
• Support execution of global fintech Hackathons to identify and showcase new solutions to an internal and external audience
• Support product roadmap implementation activities with the global Product Management team
• Support new products' Concept and Market Test phases with competitive analysis, researches, ideas, run regional client forum and feedbacks
• Support sales team as product specialists, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support when needed
• Consolidate product feedback received by markets (or by customer success managers) and provide product improvement recommendations
• Support product new launch across different regions: prepare the product for the launch, support product awareness, identify users target and support technical onboarding
Ask yourself:
• Demonstrated experience in delivering digital and technical solutions and services.
• Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party vendors and assessing same
• Connection to the fintech community and “startup world” a distinct advantage
• Executive-level presentation skills—must have persuasive “presence” and ability to effectively communicate technology to business people and business to technology people.
• Understanding / experience of innovation frameworks and practical technology application experience. Payments technology knowledge or experience in the industry would be an advantage.
• Leadership skills—must be able to influence others and navigate complex relationship scenarios & must be able to influence others without direct reporting relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally
