Title and Summary

Senior Specialist Product Management - Transfer Solution This position will be responsible for ongoing monitoring, analysis and performance reporting required to support the cross border services business in EEMEA. This Product Management Senior Specialist will partner with our internal stakeholders to identify new operational and business health opportunities, management, and alignment across the business development and product integration teams. This candidate should have the ability to collaborate across a diverse group of internal stakeholders & regional partners, effectively manage multiple priorities and demands, and possess a good understanding of money transfer business.

Role
 End-to-end ownership including on-going management & performance reporting.
 Selects and monitors performance metrics that assess business and operational KPIs, and providing this data to the Management Team.
 Coordinates internal forums to collect and identify growth and scale opportunities
 Supports Product Managers to drive expansion and launches of new and existing services including go-to-market readiness, implementation planning and activities, assisting with communications, etc.
 Provides support for creating, finalizing, and distributing dashboards and internal presentations to support KPI reporting.
 Assists Product Managers with on-going support in the region where services are launched and available to customers.

Education
• At least a bachelor's university degree in business, finance, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge / Experience:
• Experience working with partners across other functions in support of key deliverables and product/boney usiness strategies
• Experience developing reports and preliminary insights based on complex analysis of competitor market data and map that across our own platform data
• Working knowledge of product management, product development, product planning, project management & financial services
• Working knowledge of money transfer industry (desirable)
• Experience with Dashboarding tools and MS-office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint etc

• Ability to effectively manage multiple functions & priorities
• Ability to digest complex ideas and organize them into executable tasks

• Strong work ethic and efficient project management capabilities with the ability to act with urgency and flexibility to drive results

Work Conditions:
• Limited domestic/international travel required
