The Revenue Assurance function plays a critical role in protecting revenue integrity, improving billing accuracy, and strengthening trust with customers by identifying, preventing, and mitigating billing leakage across Services products and geographies.

About the Role

As a Revenue Assurance professional, you will operate at the intersection of data, billing systems, and process excellence, acting as an internal partner to Services business teams.

You will help design and scale proactive revenue assurance capabilities, leveraging analytics, automation, and structured process improvements to ensure revenue is accurately billed and risks are identified early.

In this role, you are expected to:

Support the development of scalable revenue assurance frameworks, including automated checks, validation logic, and monitoring mechanisms.

Apply a process-oriented mindset to identify opportunities to standardize, centralize, or strengthen billing and onboarding workflows.

Contribute to the creation of design artifacts such as process flows, control frameworks, requirements documentation, and operating model definitions.

Ensure effective execution of initiatives through disciplined project management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across geographies.

Monitor key assurance indicators and support continuous improvement through process enhancements, system changes, and targeted automation.
