Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Strategy Pricing & Interchange This position requires:• ensuring a correct implementation of interchange and service fees in Latin America together with the Tech team
• coordinating new interchange developments (Releases) for Latin America, driving the process from inception to implementation and communication
• the publications of interchange bulletins, the LAC Interchange Manual, and postings related to interchange and/or service fees
• internal and external interchange-related questions, analysis, reporting and training
• Coordinating the pricing announcements for all pricing proposals affecting Latin America
• Coordinating the pricing implementations with Billing Services and the Finance pricing operations team to ensure that proposals are implemented accurately and timely
• Collaborating closely with the different teams and various internal and external stakeholders e.g. Product, Finance, Operations & Technology, Legal, Customers, Consultants…
• Maintaining and updating LAC Cost letters
• Ad-hoc analysis and projects

• Has strong communication and presentation skills and is able to translate technical and analytical information into documentation comprehensible for all stakeholders
• Has excellent analytical skills and a passion for numbers, including an excellent knowledge of Excel
• Is able to manage projects and use project-management skills for managing more complex processes
• Is a strong team player, hands-on, and can operate effectively in a complex matrix structure
• Wants to be a people manager and further develop his or her people management skills
• Is fluent in English
