Title and Summary

Specialist, Global Services The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.

The Cardholder Services team is looking for a Specialist, Global Servicing and Performance to drive our Global Servicing experience strategy forward. The ideal candidate is passionate about the cardholder end-to-end servicing experience all while keeping a relentless eye on delivery quality, forecasting, and billing of our benefit servicing.

This successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders in Global Customer Care, GBSC, Technology, and Regional Cardholder Services teams to support delivery on roadmaps, requirements, and commercializing servicing products. This role will protect and grow our services revenue. Additionally, this candidate will represent Cardholder Services in finance transformation efforts. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, passionate about creating the best customer experience, highly motivated, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and possesses an agile mindset.

About the Role
• Support the strategic roadmap for servicing solutions and revenue enhancements.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of Global Servicing, including Global Services revenues and Global Customer Care costs globally.
• Support and evaluate revenue drivers in collaboration with regional leads and Global Customer Care to identify short and long-term opportunities to grow servicing potential.
• Assist in establishing, monitoring, and reporting on Global Servicing KPIs across Cardholder Services.
• Support the Cardholder Services ongoing support model, ensuring effective support across the regions for delivery, customer service, and production assistance as needed.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
