Overview
The Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Associate Specialist to help drive our Operational Excellence in Talent Acquisition by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate and recruiter experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

In this position, you will:
• Manage and maintain our Talent Acquisition Knowledge Center
• Conduct Training for new processes and New Hire Onboarding for TA
• Create and maintain Process Documentation for both TA and S&O including trackers, policies and process workflow
• Internal TA communication support
• Manage User access for a number of TA platforms, such as LinkedIn etc.
• Vendor Management Support
• Troubleshooting Workday Recruiting processes and escalations
• Agile Project support as needed
• Storytelling and deck creation

• PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint proficiency
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach to work
• Look for complementary and innovative ways to improve ways of working, communication or process documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Be skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
