Overview:

Join Mastercard's Digital Payments Europe team and play a pivotal role in transforming the way millions of consumers experience online payments. As a Product Management Specialist for Click to Pay, you will help shape the future of digital commerce across Europe by driving the adoption of Mastercard's flagship digital checkout solution.

This role is at the heart of Mastercard's strategy to eliminate manual card entry and deliver seamless, secure, and intelligent payment experiences. You will work across markets and functions to accelerate issuer enablement, increase card digitization, and elevate the cardholder journey—impacting millions of users across dozens of European markets.


We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who can think creatively, execute reliably, and work cross-functionally in a high performing team.



Role:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Drive Strategic Execution: Monitor and manage the Click to Pay issuer pipeline in close collaboration with regional market teams and Global Product.

- Enable Issuer Success: Support the development and delivery of high-impact materials that guide issuers through onboarding and activation.

- Leverage Data for Impact: Use analytics to uncover insights, track performance, and inform product strategy—translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

- Be the Voice of the Product: Partner with customer-facing teams to address product inquiries, resolve issues, and champion the Click to Pay value proposition.

- Foster Team Collaboration: Organize and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and cross-functional initiatives to drive alignment and momentum.

- Build Product Mastery: Deepen your understanding of Mastercard's digital product suite and the evolving payments landscape.

- Document and Communicate Clearly: Maintain clear, accessible product documentation and articulate business challenges and opportunities effectively.

- Stay Market-Savvy: Keep a pulse on local market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitive developments in the digital payments space.



All About You:

You are a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You bring:

Early career experience in management consulting, payments, banking, fintech, insurance, or e-commerce.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-facing content.

A passion for digital innovation and a willingness to dive deep into product and technical concepts.

A data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights and support strategic decisions.

A team-first attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.

A bachelor's degree (required); a master's degree in business, economics, finance, technology, or engineering is preferred.
