Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, sales, and market development inside a global payments organization?

The North American Market (NAM) Corporate Solutions (CS) Business Development (BD) Team is responsible for identifying, shaping, and commercializing new payment flows across fintechs, platforms, SaaS providers, and digital marketplaces. We drive innovative revenue opportunities by partnering with technology-led companies to embed payments, enable B2B use cases, and scale Commercial solutions across card payments, real-time payments, account-to-account, cross-border, and data-enabled services.

Role Description
The Sr. Specialist, CS BD (CNPF & Fintech) will be primarily responsible for supporting NAM CS BD leaders in a range of administrative and operational tasks that are essential to executing the Commercial New Payment Flows strategy. Major Accountabilities
• Support the Commercial BD and CNPF teams on day-to-day engagements with fintechs, platforms, and strategic partners to advance new payment flow opportunities.

• Conduct market and ecosystem research on fintech trends, embedded payments, B2B SaaS monetization models, and competitive dynamics.
• Facilitate internal collaboration across Commercial Payments, Product, Fintech Partnerships, Cyber & Intelligence, and Account Management teams.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce reporting, including pipeline hygiene, lead tracking, opportunity progression, and revenue forecasting.
• Support the creation of client- and partner-facing materials, including fintech pitch decks and Commercial Payments solution overviews.
• Compile CNPF performance metrics and KPIs for internal reviews and external business updates.
• Research and map decision-makers, founders, product leaders, and payments stakeholders within fintech and platform organizations.

All About You
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, strategy, or partnerships within fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to assess fintech business models and payment flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex payment value propositions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable operating in a growth-oriented environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Dun & Bradstreet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.
• Passion for fintech innovation, embedded finance, and Commercial and New Payment Flows.
