Title and Summary

Sr. Specialist, Product Integration Overview
The Global Product Integration (GPI) team is a global team within the Customer Delivery & Care (GCD&C) organization.
With a focus on new technology, products, and services, the Global Product Integration team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to efficiently and effectively deploy solutions to our customers with speed, quality, and predictability. GPI is responsible for assessing new products and enhancements to equip Customer Delivery to support and scale projects from customer onboarding, testing, launch, and transition to BAU.
Global Product Integrators develop streamlined, standardized, and well-governed processes used globally by our delivery teams, resulting in positive and consistent customer and employee implementation experience.

Role & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for end-to-end documentation, readiness, and delivery enablement for new and significantly enhanced Mastercard products in the Services vertical for Loyalty.
Key responsibilities include:
• Engage early in the product lifecycle to identify delivery and onboarding implications, shaping requirements and sequencing to ensure successful commercialization
• Partner with global product and engineering owners to understand product and enhancement requirements and translate them into clear, actionable implementation guidance
• Partner with global product and engineering owners to identify, document, and validate customer-facing test cases, testing strategies, and tools
• Support Product Readiness activities in accordance with Studio guidelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality, completeness, and governance standards
• Own the development and governance of global delivery artifacts, ensuring documentation is consistent, reusable, audit-ready, version-controlled, and aligned to enterprise standards
• Partner with regional delivery teams to provide the knowledge, tools, processes, and documentation required to implement products efficiently and effectively
• Collaborate with regional delivery teams on continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into global standards
• Conduct implementation and testing training sessions to equip Customer Delivery teams with the information and tools needed to support customer projects
• Establish reporting approaches for supported products by integrating relevant data sources and analyzing delivery KPIs and readiness metrics to identify trends and anomalies that impact Time to Implement (TTI), delivery issues, and overall implementation experience

• Support and participate in special projects that support executive communications, product strategy alignment, and readiness messaging for Global Product and senior leadership audiences

• High-energy, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while meeting tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with payment transaction processing, including ISO messages
• Familiarity with APIs
• Familiarity with Mastercard test tools
• Experience in customer delivery, testing processes, or quality analysis/assurance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to teach and present complex topics effectively
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively across global teams; flexible hours as needed to support regional delivery
• Language skills a plus; role involves regular interaction with global and regional teams

• Leverages automation and AI-enabled insights to enhance scalability, reduce manual dependency, and improve readiness outcomes across regions
• Demonstrates measurable impact on Time to Implement (TTI), onboarding predictability, and reduction of rework or dependency through improved enablement
• Enables GCD teams through clear, consumable, and role-appropriate language, particularly for new and emerging product spaces
• Delivers training and documentation that empowers Delivery teams to execute independently, emphasizing guidance, standards, and best practices rather than hands-on execution
• Acts as a strategic advisor to Delivery by setting clear expectations, guardrails, and escalation paths, reinforcing a “guide versus do” operating model
• Ensuring documentation, training, and readiness materials are adoption-focused, measurable, and continuously improved based on delivery feedback
