Title and Summary

Sr Specialist, Product Manager Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager to join our MIC Product Management team under the Business Intelligence organization. This position will be primarily responsible for supporting MIC Initiatives in Europe.
This role is pivotal in implementing Product Strategy, Product operations, GTM, Sales enablement, liaising with Product Engineering teams for Product development, creating sales narrative / marketing material, Pricing, Liaising with Studio / legal / privacy to ensure relevant documentation and processes are in place.

As an Associate Manager, you will work closely with the team leader, regional stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of our objectives. You will play a critical role in initiating Sales conversations across regions, Product development process, crafting compelling presentations that support Product vision. This role requires a balance of Issuing / Banking , Product and Consulting expertise, operational rigor, and hands-on execution.
Within the Product Management team at Mastercard:
• Translate a deep understanding of our customers into data-based products that drive significant customer value
• Drive globally relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and trade-offs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments
• Act as connectors to ensure commercial success of our products by working with Sales, Marketing, Regional Product leads and Account Management teams.

Role
This role demands a blend of Issuing / processing expertise, analytical acumen and get-it-done attitude in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
• Product Vision & Ownership: Take ownership of understanding client needs, market trends and translating them into innovative Products / Product features
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to design, develop and deliver scalable products for commercialization, ensuring the build effort concludes on time and budget, enabling a go-to-market plan focused on ease of delivery and great customer experience. Ability to be a bridge between business teams and engineering team – so ability to hold technical conversations with engineering as well as assessing business impact of various tech choices
• Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development of new offers and support revenue growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. Most dire need will be to drive migration of MIC LITE customers to Diagnose in Europe and prepare a client base which is engaged with the platform so they can be targeted with upsell opportunities next year.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of the delivery of the vision across all products: capabilities, scalability, performance, speed-to-market, readiness for growth, re-usability.
• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices
• Drive meetings, product demos and give presentations to internal and external stakeholders at senior level
• Manage Financial and Operational Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking of KPIs, financials, and reporting dashboards, ensuring alignment across teams

All About You
• Deep understating of Issuing business and stakeholders on the Card Issuing side
• Good understating of Data analytics and Processing.
• Experience in data analytics products and business intelligence solutions
• Background in Business Administration, Advanced Analytics, Economics, or related field
• Experience in a Project Management, Product management, Consulting, or related field, with a track record of managing complex projects and producing high-quality deliverables
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience in data visualization tools is a plus, e.g., Tableau, Power BI
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized to be able to deal with multiple competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executive audiences
• A team player with proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies
• Strategic mindset to solve complex and ambiguous problems
• Fluent in English, other languages is a plus
