About the Role
The Technical Program Manager II (TPM II) plays a critical role in independently driving planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs within the Employee Digital Experience (EDE) organization. EDE owns the tools, platforms, and services that power how employees collaborate, communicate, and get work done — including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Service Now, endpoint and mobility platforms, virtualized desktop solutions, voice and conferencing technologies, Srevice Now and the broader digital workplace ecosystem based initiatives that elevate the end-to-end digital experience for Mastercard employees worldwide. EDE based initiatives that elevate the end to end digital experience for Mastercard employees worldwide.
TPM II own execution for assigned initiatives or major workstreams, organizing delivery across multiple teams while operating within an established program strategy. They are accountable for delivery rigor, risk and dependency management, and clear execution visibility. Programs at this level are typically multi team and multi quarter in nature, requiring strong judgment, structured execution, and comfort operating in moderate ambiguity.
TPM II partner closely with engineering managers, product managers, service owners, and operations teams, and serve as a primary point of contact for program status, risks, and progress. For highly ambiguous decisions, cross domain trade offs, or strategy changes, TPM II will escalate through established governance paths and collaborate with leaders as appropriate.
All staff at Mastercard are expected to demonstrate The Mastercard Way — Create Value, Move Fast, Grow Together, and be inclusive — with a relentless focus on our customers.
