Vice-President, Commercial & New Payment Flows, Sales Enablement Vice-President, Commercial & New Payment Flows, Sales Enablement

Overview:

The role holder is accountable for unlocking sales growth for the CNPF global business lines. This includes developing and implementing globalised framweworks and practices for the three business lines, verticals and their regional partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness in CNPF´s sales and business development. Main responsibilities cover sales incentives, reporting and process improvements underpinned by business insights and analytics.

Role:

The role holder will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver the following outcomes:

•Empower the specialist sales and account teams to deliver growth through:
o Scorecard & incentives design, implementation & tracking
o Key deals monitoring for contractual funds (deal desk)
o Pipeline reporting and revenue operations
o Post-sales activation: implementation tracking, activation/optimization
o Establishing an investment prioritisation methodology in partnership with finance to include tracking investment performance vs KPIs, reallocating investment where needed.
o Ensuring adherence to SFDC guidelines, through engagement, training and quality assurance

All About You
The ideal candidate should have:
•Experience in designing and operating standardized program frameworks and governance structures
•Ability to translate insights into actionable plans
•Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
•Strategic and collaborative work approach across various business lines, functions, and regions
•Excellent managerial, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
