Title and Summary
Vice President, Product Management Role Overview:The VP – Product Management will lead the enablement and strategic prioritization of the consumer product suite across the EEMEA region. This role is pivotal in defining and executing go-to-market strategies for key product capabilities—including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, and Cardholder Services (CHS). The incumbent will work closely with Country and CSC (Customer Solution Center) teams to ensure they are equipped with the right product propositions and tools to meet product suite and revenue KPIs. The role will drive sharper product strategy, market readiness, and commercial alignment across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Prioritization
•Lead strategic prioritization of the consumer product suite based on market dynamics, customer needs, and revenue potential.
•Collaborate with global and regional product teams to define a focused product strategy tailored to EEMEA.
•Identify capability gaps and opportunities to inform product roadmap decisions.
2. Go-to-Market Leadership
•Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced product capabilities.
•Ensure alignment with regional business goals and execution timelines.
•Partner with Marketing, AM, CSC, Legal, and Finance to coordinate market readiness.
3. CSC & Country Team Enablement
•Work closely with CSC teams in markets to equip them with the right consumer product suite and value propositions.
•Support country teams in achieving product suite adoption and revenue KPIs.
•Provide strategic guidance and tools to help local teams tailor offerings to market needs.
4. Market Execution Support
•Localize product positioning and messaging for diverse markets.
•Support sales enablement through product briefs, playbooks, and training programs.
•Ensure consistent and high-quality execution across markets.
5. Performance Monitoring & Strategic Insights
•Track product performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
•Analyze market feedback and usage data to refine enablement strategies.
•Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product-market fit and commercial outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
•Extensive ears of experience in product management, product strategy, or go-to-market roles.
•Deep understanding of consumer payment products and digital capabilities.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
•Experience working across diverse markets in EEMEA or similar regions.
