Medical Mutual is looking for a talented and passionate Human Resource Information System Analyst to join our dynamic HRIS team! In this hybrid role, based in Brooklyn, OH, you'll play a key part in managing and optimizing our HRIS processes—helping to deliver critical HR data and applications that drive our organization forward. Responsibilities
As a technical liaison to the Benefits, Compensation, HR Services, Recruiting, and Training functions, partners with users to identify business and Human Resources needs. Applying technical and business principles, creates application and process solutions. Identifies work around solutions when necessary.
Interacts with all levels and groups within the organization to define business processes and procedures. Creates and maintains HRIS and management reporting. Serves as a resource to the organization by researching and resolving unique data requests. Assists in change management and enhances the understanding and acceptance of the HRIS capabilities.
Provides client support for all HR databases/systems. Creates training tutorials, job aides and other documentation and provides end-user training, troubleshooting services, technical direction and training for the core HRIS team to ensure effective utilization of HR systems. Assists with the roll-out and communication related to new systems and initiatives.
Participates in HRIS-related projects; Supports on-going activities with user areas to enhance data availability and/or data integrity; and assists with review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system enhancements. Enhances and safeguards data integrity.
Serves as a liaison between Finance/Payroll and other internal departments, external vendors and functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HRIS applications.
Develops knowledge of current HRIS trends and strategies. Applies knowledge to improve operation or applications of HRIS.
Qualifications
Qualifications
BS in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business or other relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and career experience.
Senior Level: Five (5) years progressive experience as an HRIS Analyst or equivalent. Associate Level: Three (3) years experience as an HRIS Analyst or equivalent progressive experience that includes systems administration, implementation, and general HR.
Experience with UKG Pro and or Oracle HCM Fusion or similar human capital management systems preferred.
