Summary of Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Manager of Clinical Support Services to lead and optimize key operational functions, including office management and payroll services. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys balancing people leadership, process improvement, and day-to-day execution.
You'll partner closely with clinical and operational leadership to drive efficiency, compliance, and high-quality support services that enable our care teams to perform at their best.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of clinical support staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Maintain cross-functional expertise to provide hands-on support and operational continuity
- Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies
- Analyze operational data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve workflows and support business needs
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development initiatives
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and standardization across functions
- Manage vendor relationships and support operational projects and system implementations
Minimal Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.)
- 1 year of relevant education may be substituted for 1 year of required work experience
Experience
- 3+ years of healthcare operations or clinical support experience
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in operational process improvement workflow analysis or quality improvement initiatives, preferred.
- 1+ years of experience with payroll clinical support operations/office coordination, preferred.
- 1 year of relevant education may be substituted for 1 year of required work experience
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong operational and analytical skills with ability to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational responsibilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across operational and clinical teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
This position has a hiring range of
USD $65,062.00 - USD $117,291.00 /Yr.
