Serve as a patient advocate by communicating effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and the care team.

Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately, integrating pathophysiology and treatment plans to guide ongoing care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and excellence.

Support and mentor colleagues through orientation, education, and professional development.

What You Bring

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. If prepared at the associate degree level, enrollment in a BSN program within 12 months of hire and completion within 4 years is required.

Experience: Prior critical care or acute care nursing experience preferred.
