Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 4:00PM

 

Job Summary:

Belvedere Green is seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin to manage the operations of our facility and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to our residents. This role requires a strong leader to supervise staff, maintain positive community relations, and ensure compliance with housing regulations.

Primary Duties:

·       Completes accurate and timely resident income certification and recertification.

·       Develops activity and volunteer programs; provides support and assistance to the resident association.

·       Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures that department operates within budget.

·       Develops department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Ensures compliance with hospital/facility policies and procedures and governmental and accreditation regulations.

·       Hires, supervises, and evaluates staff. Prepares and monitors staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage.

·       Implements aspects of unit leasing in accordance with established policies.

·       Maintains accurate records and prepares required reports in a timely manner for hospitals, Maryland Office on Aging, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and funding agencies.

·       Maintains supportive relationships with the residents.

·       Manages procurement activities including vendor selection, purchasing, receiving, storage, and utilization of equipment, materials, and supplies. Establishes and maintains contractual services.

·       Oversees and ensures proper building maintenance schedules.

·       Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and hospital in community outreach efforts as required.

·       Participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams.

·       Recruits, evaluates, and selects residents in conformity with standards and appropriate government agency eligibility criteria.

·       Selects, trains, orients, and assigns department staff. Develops standards of performance, evaluates performance, and conducts performance management planning. Initiates or makes recommendations for personnel actions. Maintains ongoing communication with subordinates to review programs, provide feedback, discuss new developments, and exchange information.


Minimum Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in related field.

·       5+ years of experience in senior assisted housing management.

·       Certification as a Housing Manager, Occupancy Specialist, Financial Management or similar designation is required.
