Digital Marketing Analyst
· Job in Columbia, MD. Position allows full remote work anywhere from the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Require travel to office in Columbia, MD on a quarterly basis.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Collect, analyze, and report on data from MedStar Health websites and digital platforms.
· Supports MedStar digital team with marketing analytics and optimization efforts.
· Manage marketing datasets, assist DBA with marketing datamart maintenance, measure results, and compile and present results to key stakeholders.
· Conduct ad hoc and “deep” analysis of data, monitor trends, and suggest improvements. Develop and analyze multivariate or a/b/c tests and compile results.
· Perform data quality audits, identify data collection issues, and recommend fixes.
· Apply tagging strategies to measure campaign performance across various channels.
· Advise on data analytic solutions and implementation of data integrations and visualizations, including delivering dashboards.
Education
· Require a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related.
Experience
· Must possess experience in querying and aggregating data; validating large datasets and leveraging data; performance of regular data integrity of data sets; Python programs, Tableau dashboard, Google Analytics, BigQuery, PostgreSQL DataMart, data validation, data compliance, and ETL processing.
This position has a hiring range of $ 69,222.00 - $ 113,318.40
