General Summary of Position
The Senior Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant plays a critical role in diagnosing organizational challenges and delivering strategic solutions that enhance talent management, leadership development, and business performance. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement data-driven interventions that strengthen organizational capability, close talent gaps, drive change, and support a high-performing, engaged workforce. The Senior OE Consultant role combines deep expertise in organizational development with strong project and program management capabilities to ensure timely, high-impact delivery of initiatives that support a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree In organizational development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience
Experience
- 8-10 years In organizational effectiveness, talent management, or HR consulting roles. required
- 8-10 years Managing complex projects or programs, preferably in HR or organizational development required
- One year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting engagement data, workforce metrics, and organizational assessments
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and consult with senior leaders
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) or equivalent experience
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci), leadership assessments, coaching, or organizational development
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations or regulated industries
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
