Mercy Clinic is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Mercy Clinic in Carthage, Missouri. Spanish-speaking physician is required. - 100% Outpatient Practice
- Clinic consists of 1 NP (after practice ramp up), 1 MA, 1 PSR, 1 Primary Care Nurse who provide support for clinic phone calls in-basket messaging, phone triage, patient follow-up, quality metrics
- Flexible schedule, option for 4-day work week, no weekends
- Limited call responsibility, Mercy On-Call for after-hours support
- Must be willing to collaborate with NP's and PA's
- A large, established multi-specialty network

- 2-year guarantee of $300,000, Up to $100,000 in Recruitment Incentives!
- Recruitment incentives include: $55,000 commencement bonus, $35,000 2nd year retention bonus, up to $10,000 in relocation assistance

- Fee-for-Service: for those who want to maintain a large commercially-oriented panel and minimize present-day HCC coding
- Senior Focused: oriented around longer visits with fewer patients with more chronic care needs. Practice development focuses on medical management skills and strong documentation.
- Hybrid: a blend of the above. Ideal for those gravitating towards the world of value-based care but not interested in selecting a specific patient subset.
- Salary + Bonus: for those who value stable, predictable compensation through steady, standards-based work
