Overview

Responsible for managing various HR administrative duties, including the employment engagement portal, reward and recognition platform, hybrid management of summer interns, recruitment duties, and intranet administration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: 
•    Excellent communications and presentations skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
•    Proficiency in HR systems and databases, data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.


Skills, Knowledge Abilities:
•    Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
•    Excellent computer skills including experience with, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Strong communication and presentation skills.
•    Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects.
•    Ability to lead and work in a team environment with high expectations.
•    Excellent negotiation skills.
•    Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
•    Strong organization skills.
•    Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
