Choose a qualifying program, and Mercy will pay for up to three years (after scholarships and grants are applied).

- Radiology technology
- Respiratory therapy

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Work at least 16 hours bi-weekly at Mercy Hospital Lebanon while completing the program.
- Commit to Mercy Hospital Lebanon post-graduation for every year of school that's paid for by Mercy (payment of $10K per year, maximum of three years).
- Must be a caregiver in good standing
