Responsible for daily clinical schedules, management of over time for clinical staff, coordinating PTO for clinical staff, ensuring that positions are covered when needed,evaluating clinical equipment needs, coordinating the ordering and par levels for medical supplies, as well as other duties as assigned. Provide mentoring and coaching for all MAs as well as assisting with interviews, discipline, and annual reviews. Provide clinical supervision and training for MA competencies on MA equipment training. Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:   

  • Experience: 1 year experience in a healthcare setting and supervisory/management experience required.

  • Certification: LPN, RMA/CMA (or comparable experience).

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with coursework in clerical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Self-directed and adaptable with a positive attitude

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices

  • Skilled in training, evaluation, and process improvement

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams

  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and creative thinking
