Utilizes exceptional organizational, customer service and communication skills. Exercises independent judgment and confidentiality in assisting with operational details. Position Details:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in an applicable field required, or equivalent experience in health care; with strong computer skills and knowledge.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum working in an office setting in Certification/Registration

Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and follow instructions.
  • Verbal ability required to read and understand manuals. Numerical ability required to make calculations.
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments, conceptualize and formulate finished product.
  • Ability to performance manage suppliers and contractors.
  • Requires proficient and proven knowledge and use of various computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must have experience with database management.
  • Ability to manage time and materials efficiently.
  • Requires exceptional customer service skills and ability to achieve department goals.
  • Ability to adapt and re-set goals for rapidly changing work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: 2 or more years of formal training in data management, accounting, purchasing, or office management.
  • Trained in the use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience: 5 or more years working as an office manager or department assistant in a healthcare environment.
