Description
Find your calling at Mercy! Serves to support local, regional and ministry-wide Patient Access and Support Services programs and services via teaching, supporting, coaching, evaluating and serving as a role model for new and existing co-worker training. Performs co-worker job duties for multiple locations across the ministry as assigned. Position Details:
Experience:
2 years healthcare or related field, management experience or previous training experience. Must be comfortable working in a classroom-type environment.
Education:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Demonstrated skill in human relations and written, verbal and electronic communication.
