Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for development and promotion of the day-to-day activities of their assigned Hub within the Contact Center in the state of practice. Performs duties consistent with the established standards of practice, the goals of Mercy, adheres to the philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy and the Employee Code of Conduct. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School degree or equivalent.
Experience: Demonstration of understanding of all that level 1 is responsible for. Experience with insurance terminology, medical terminology, and medical insurance plans. They demonstrate the ability to complete financial clearance (Mercy payment plan, EPPC, bad debt resolution, etc.)


Requirements: No corrective action or NI on performance evaluation. Completion of HR interview for level II. Excels at quality assurance screening performed by CCLT.

Physical Requirements:
•    Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
•    Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
•    Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
