Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to provide virtual inpatient behavioral health care as part of a mission-driven healthcare system dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This is an opportunity to bring hope and healing to adult patients while working remotely in collaboration with highly supportive and values-aligned care teams.

 

Mercy Behavioral Health:

  • Conduct daily virtual rounding on adult psychiatric inpatients
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans in partnership with onsite interdisciplinary teams
  • Be available to address emergent needs and provide clinical leadership during your shift
  • Occasionally provide virtual consults for inpatient medical teams
  • Will be required to hold both a Missouri and Oklahoma medical license

This position offers:

  • 7 days on / 7 days off rotating schedule
  • 10-hour shifts during working weeks
  • Fully remote with robust tech and administrative support
  • Consistent caseload with a strong focus on continuity of care
  • Missouri and Oklahoma licensure required

Compensation & Support:

  • $185/hour
  • Extensive operational, clinical, and technological support
